THE BATHROOM PROCESS

To begin, simply pick up the phone and we’ll book in a convenient time for a Kostel Customer Design Consultant to visit you on site, measure-up and walk you through your bathroom renovation journey.

During this process we will be answering your questions about the room you want renovated and one of our skilled staff will work with you to discuss all of the options available to suit your needs.

Once you are satisfied with your Kostel Kitchens & Bathrooms quote with a floor plan and are proceeding with your job agreement, we will proceed to step 2

We love design and creating a mood that delivers our customer’s dream! To get you in the mood our design team have created a number of ‘Inspirational Moods’ to help you identify the dream bathroom you see yourself in. One of our Inspirational Moods may be just the right fit for your dream bathroom, or you may have a different dream in mind. Whichever the case, we have a Complimentary Selection Service available to everyone but specifically for our customers who require our help selecting and ordering their tiles, fittings and fixtures..

For customers who are selecting and ordering fittings and fixtures themselves, you will still be allocated an appointment with one of our Design team members. They will review and confirm if your selected items are fit for purpose and provide you with final tile quantities and capture all the finer details for your Site Manager.  

We do also offer a Design Service, please contact our office for further details and costings.

If you have your own Interior Designer or Architect, we are happy to work with their designs and project manage the bathroom renovation.

We’re excited to take your bathroom to the next level and deliver your dream!

After everything has been finalised with your designer, you will receive your:

• Final Floor Plan.
• Render Views.
• Finalised Scope of Works.

You will be allocated your own Personal Project Manager who will meet and greet you prior to your project start, to go through the finer details of the project build.
